Description
62 and 64 Canonbury Park South are semi-detached houses built around 1845, developed by C.H. Hill. They are constructed from yellow brick and stucco, with a slate roof. Each house is two storeys high and two bays wide, separated from each other by a vertical recessed panel that is one brick deep. The entrance features a flat arch within a stuccoed porch that has antae, an entablature, and a blocking course, along with an overlight and a panelled door of original design. Above the porch is a blank round-arched window. The principal front has flat-arched windows with gauged brick heads and original design sashes. The houses have boxed eaves and a hipped roof, with a dormer on the side of number 62, and chimney stacks located on the party wall.
