Description

This is an early 19th-century detached villa, with later extensions. The building is constructed of stucco and has a tiled roof, with a gable over the left-hand bay. It is two storeys high and has three windows on the front elevation. The architectural style is "Gothic." A wooden trellis porch shelters a panelled door. To the right of the door is a two-pointed light window with colonnettes; to the left, a three-light sash window with traceried top panes and shutters. Above the gable is a canted bay oriel window with traceried top panes. Other windows have pointed tops with drip moulds. The interior has not been inspected. This building has group value.
