Description

No. 1 Lower Terrace is a semi-detached house built in the late 18th century. It features yellow stock brick and stucco and stands three storeys tall with three windows across its façade. At the north end, there is a round-arched doorway located under a covered way that leads to a gate in the wall along the road. The house has two full-height stuccoed canted bays, which include recessed sashes with blind boxes. The sashes on the right are adorned with gauged red brick flat arches, and the ground floor also has a blind box. The interior has not been inspected.
