Terrace of 5 houses. No.1: early C19. Brown brick and slated mansard roof with dormers. 2 storeys, attic and semi-basement. 3 windows. Round-arched doorway with fanlight and panelled door, approached by steps with wrought-iron railings. Cambered arch recessed sashes. Parapet. Nos 2 & 3: mid C18, No.3 being a late C18 extension to No.2 which was then refronted. Painted brick with slated mansard roofs. 2 storeys and dormers. No.2, 3 windows; No.3, 1 window. Both with square-headed doorways having stucco surrounds and panelled doors, No.2 with overlight. No.3 originally with segmental-arched doorway. Segmental arched, recessed sashes. Parapet. Nos 4 & 5: early C18. Red brick and tiled mansard roof with dormers. 2 storeys, attic and semi-basement. 2 windows each and central blind window. Wooden doorcases with shaped brackets and flat hoods; partly glazed panelled doors. Gauged brick flat arches to flush sashes with exposed boxing. Plain brick bands at 1st floor level and below parapet. INTERIORS: not inspected.
