Description
No. 12 Pond Square is a terraced house that forms part of the rear of No. 57 Highgate High Street. It was likely built in the early 19th century and was refronted in 1893 in a Georgian style. The house is constructed of yellow stock brick and has three storeys along with a semi-basement. The windows are arranged irregularly. The entrance features an architraved stone doorcase with a bracketed cornice, a patterned overlight, and a panelled door. To the left of the entrance, there is a stone bracketed bowed window with three lights and small panes, with a cornice that connects to the doorcase. The windows have brick flat arches and flush sashes with exposed boxing. The interior has not been inspected.
