Description

No. 4 Southwood Lane is a late 18th-century house made of yellow brick, featuring a stone-coped parapet and a slated roof. The building has three storeys and two windows. It displays gauged brick arches above the sash windows, which have glazing bars and are set in stucco-lined reveals. On the ground floor, there is a wide segment-headed three-light window on the right and a wide round-arched door opening on the left, flanked by pilasters and topped with a patterned fanlight. The property is enclosed by wrought iron area railings. No. 4 is part of a group that includes Nos. 2 to 12 (even).
