Description

10 Southwood Lane is a mid-18th century house that stands three storeys tall with a basement, featuring four windows made of brown brick. The entrance is located on the right side of the ground floor, accessed through a round arch. The replaced sash windows have gauged flat brick arches and are set in stucco-lined reveals. The front door consists of six fielded panels, with the top panel being glazed and accompanied by a rectangular fanlight. This door is framed by a Doric doorcase that includes a dentilled cornice and pertinent detailing. The house is part of a group that includes Nos 2 to 12 (even).
