- South part of 3 storeys, 2 windows. Early C19 stock brick with stone-coped parapet. Gauged flat brick arches to sash windows except, on ground floor, a later C19 canted oriel bay. 6 panel door, with needed cornice head and patterned fanlight, in round arched recess Later cornice hood over. Cast iron area railings. At left a 2 bay extension of about 1900 in purplish brick with red brick dressings. The north angle is canted, bringing it back almost to the wall of No 18 which is set back. Older building probably behind. Included for group value.
Nos 16 to 20 (even) No 20A, Highgate Tabernacle and No 22 form a group.
