Description

No 20 on Southwood Lane is an early 19th-century house that stands three storeys tall and features two windows. The building is constructed from stock brick and has a stone-coped parapet. It has gauged flat brick arches above later sash windows, with the ground floor window set in an elliptical-arched recess. There is a stuccoed plinth and a mid-19th-century door, which has an altered fanlight, located in a round gauged brick arched recess. The property is also adorned with cast iron area railings. No 20 is part of a group that includes Nos 16 to 20 (even), No 20A, the Highgate Tabernacle, and No 22.
