Description

20A Southwood Lane is an early 19th-century building located in Highgate. It is two storeys tall and features one window, positioned between No 20 and the Tabernacle. The building is constructed of stock brick and has a stone-coped parapet. The first-floor window is a replaced sash window with glazing bars, set beneath a gauged flat brick arch. On the ground floor, there is one plain plate glass window and a four-panel door, which is now half-glazed, topped with a rectangular fanlight. A plain modern hood is present above the door. This building is included in the listing for its group value with Nos 16 to 20 (even), No 20A, Highgate Tabernacle, and No 22.
