Description

18 Southwood Lane is a late 18th-century house that stands three storeys tall and features three windows, with a blank bay on the right side. The building is constructed of stock brick and has a stone-coped parapet. It has gauged flat brick arches above replaced sash windows. Above the six-panel door, which has a cornice head and a segmental fanlight, there is a blank panel on the first floor. The entrance is flanked by reeded pilasters and brackets that support a dentilled cornice hood. This house is part of a group that includes Nos 16 to 20 (even), No 20A, the Highgate Tabernacle, and No 22.
