Description
2 and 3 Little Green Street are three terraced houses, originally featuring ground floor shops, dating from the late 18th century. The buildings are constructed of multi-colour stock brick, with Nos 2 and 3 having repaired fronts. They have slate mansard roofs with dormers.
No. 1 is three storeys tall, while Nos 2 and 3 are two storeys. No. 1 has a gable facing the street with one window and a return window to Highgate Road. No. 2 has one window, and No. 3 has two windows. The doorways are square-headed with overlights and panelled doors; No. 2 features hood brackets. No. 2 also has a 20th-century reproduction canted bay window on a bracket, with an entablature that has a dentil cornice extending over the doorway, designed to match Nos 4 and 5. No. 3 has a recessed sash window at ground floor level with a concrete lintel extending over the doorway. The first floors have segmental-arched sashes and parapets.
The interiors have not been inspected, but No. 3 is noted to have a fully-panelled ground floor room with a stick baluster staircase.
