Description

Grove End House is an early 19th-century detached house located on Highgate Road, Camden. It is constructed of multi-coloured stock brick and stands three storeys high with a semi-basement. The house has a double-fronted facade with five windows, the central two bays slightly projecting. A round-arched recessed doorway features a radial fanlight and a projecting wooden Ionic doorcase, leading to a panelled door approached by steps. Gauged brick flat arches are located above the recessed sash windows on the ground and first floors, with margin glazing. Later stucco surrounds to the windows and doorways have since been removed. A stucco cornice and blocking course top the facade. A bow window is visible at the rear of the property. The interior has not been inspected.
