Detached villa. c1844. Possibly by John Shaw. Stucco, scored to appear as ashlar. Pitched fishscale slated roof with central gabled dormer and gable ends with slab chimney-stacks. 2 storeys, attic and semi-basement. Double fronted with 3 windows. Entrance with pointed arch portico having crenellated parapet; part-glazed panelled door approached by steps with stuccoed balustrades terminating with urns. Recessed sashes with dripmoulds; casement to dormer. INTERIOR: not inspected.
