2 And 3, Eton College Road

Two semi-detached houses are located on Eton College Road, dating from the mid-19th century. The houses are constructed of stucco, with slated, hipped roofs featuring projecting eaves. They are two storeys high, with a semi-basement level. Each house originally had one window on the front elevation, and an additional window on splayed angles. Number 3 has a 20th-century single-storey extension at the entrance, incorporating a garage underneath. The doorway of Number 2 features a prostyle portico and a panelled door. The windows are recessed sash windows, with plain surrounds to Number 3. The exterior also features plain stucco sill bands. A central chimney stack is present, decorated with an enriched brick frieze. The interiors have not been inspected.
