Description

Numbers 13 and 14 are two terraced houses built around 1827-1829. They are constructed from yellow stock brick, featuring a stucco ground floor and a plain sill band on the first floor. The buildings rise three storeys and include basements, with two windows each. The ground floor has round-arched openings that are framed with architraves. The doorways are adorned with pilaster-jambs that support cornice-heads, and they include fanlights and panelled doors. The upper floor windows are fitted with sashes that have margin lights and are topped with gauged brick flat arches. The first floor windows also have architraves and cornices, along with cast-iron balconies. The parapets have been restored. The attached cast-iron railings, which feature pineapple finials, enclose the areas in front of the houses. The interiors have not been inspected.
