Description
Number 46 is an end of terrace house built around 1839 to 1849. It is constructed of yellow stock brick and has three storeys plus a basement. The house features two windows and a one-window return facing Whidborne Street. The ground floor has round-arched openings, with a doorway that includes pilaster-jambs supporting a cornice-head, a fanlight, and a panelled door. The ground floor windows have margin lights, and there are gauged brick flat arches above the upper floor recessed sash windows. The building has a parapet. Although the interior was not inspected, the property has attached cast-iron railings with urn finials surrounding the areas.
