Former warehouse, now used as social club. Late C18; dated 1793 at the east end. Random flint and red brick to north and south walls; C20 red brick to the west gable end, which faces the street. Slated mansard roof. 2 storeys and attics. 4 window range along the north side, all small-paned sashes in deep red brick reveals; 3 window range to south side, small-paned sashes in flush cased frames. 2 C20 small-paned sashes to the west front and late C20 boarding to the ground storey. 3 sloping dormers in the lower slope of the roof on the north side with 8-pane sash windows. INTERIOR: not inspected.
