CLARE Nethergate Street (South-East Side) No 6 (Medina House) (Formerly listed as Cleveland House)

II GV 2. A late C18 or early C19 timber-framed and plastered house. 2 storeys. 3 window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in flush cased frames. (The window above the garage entrance is a horizontal sliding sash ). The doorway has a stucco doorcase with a semi-circular fanlight, pilasters with acanthus leaf ornamentation to the capitals and an open pediment. Roof slate.

Nos 1 to 9 (consec) with all the listed buildings on the North-West Side of Nethergate Street and all the listed buildings on the South Side of Well Lane form a group.
