Description

This watermill, dating from the early 19th century, stands three storeys tall. The ground storey is built of gault brick, while the upper levels are timber-framed and feature 20th-century replacement weatherboarding. It has a slate roof with a lucam. There is one original small-paned cast iron window with an arched head. Inside, there is an internal undershot waterwheel, although most of the other machinery has been removed, leaving only a cleaner on the top floor.
