House, now offices. Early C19. White brick; fully hipped slate roof. 3 storeys and cellar. 4 window range: 16-pane to the ground and 1st storeys, 8-pane to the 2nd storey, all in plain reveals with flat gauged arches. A painted stone band runs at 1st storey sill level. A C20 glazed door with a semicircular fanlight is set in a brick arched recess. INTERIOR: not inspected.
