Description
No. 117 Union Street is a house that has been converted into offices. It is constructed from brick and features a slate roof. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window range, with the outer bays slightly projecting. The central doorway has a four-panelled door and an architrave with console brackets supporting an entablature, all set within a round arch. On either side of the doorway, there are tripartite sash windows with console brackets and wide splayed brick arched heads. The first floor has two-pane sash windows. A string course and moulded wooden eaves run along the top, and there is an axial stack located to the right of the centre.
