Description

No. 115 Union Street is a house that has been converted for use as offices. It is constructed of brick and features a slate roof. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window range, with a doorway located to the right, set within a round archway. The architrave includes paired low relief consoles and panelling, and the entrance has a four-panelled door. The windows are two-pane sashes with flat-arched stuccoed heads. There is a string course and dentilling along the eaves cornice, and a stack is situated on the left-hand gable wall.
