Description

No. 30 Bank Street is a house that has been converted into offices, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick with painted ashlar dressings and features a slate roof with two gable stacks. The building has a heavy band at the first floor level, along with sill bands at the first and second floors. The windows are adorned with brick flat arches. The structure stands three storeys high and has a four-window range of 12-pane sash windows. Above this, there are three 9-pane sash windows and to the right, a 2-light casement window. The ground floor includes four 12-pane sash windows and to the right, there is a round-arched doorway with a panelled door and a fanlight that is protected by a grille. The interior has not been inspected.
