Description
No. 132 Drake Street is a house that has been converted into offices. It was built in the early 19th century and is constructed of brick with stone dressings and a stone slate roof. The building has a double-depth layout, featuring two rooms wide with a central entrance and staircase. The front elevation is two stories high and consists of three bays. It has stone sills and cambered brick arches above the sash windows, along with a stone sill band at the first floor. The entrance is highlighted by an open-pedimented door surround with attached Tuscan columns and a fanlight, topped with a wooden modillion eaves cornice.
