The building has a timber-framed core, which is fronted in painted brick, featuring a plain parapet and a stucco dentil cornice. It has a plaintiled roof and consists of two storeys with attics. On the first storey, there are two tall sash windows, each with 15 panes in flush cased frames, flat gauged arches, and keystones.
