No. 22 Combs Lane is a building that was originally three houses, which were converted into one in the late 20th century. The structure dates from the 17th to early 18th century and features a plastered and colourwashed timber frame set on a brick plinth, topped with a pantile roof. It has two storeys and a three-window front. A late 20th-century brick gabled porch is located on the left, with a late 20th-century casement window to the left of the porch and two more to the right.
