Description
28 Needham Road is a house with early 18th century origins, featuring a timber-frame structure that has been significantly altered in the late 20th century. The exterior is rendered and sits on a renewed brick plinth, topped with a pantiled roof. The building follows a lobby entrance plan and has one storey plus an attic. The north front displays a central 20th century door beneath a five-vaned ogival fanlight, with one late 20th century casement window to the left. The mansard roof includes a central ridge stack. On the west gable wall, there is one 20th century casement window on each floor. Additionally, there is a late 20th century single-storey and attic rear wing.
