Description

This is a terrace of eight early 19th-century houses located on Church Walk in Stowmarket. The houses are constructed of gault brick with a slate roof. They are two storeys in height. Each house originally had a door to the left of the facade and a sash window to its right on the ground floor, with a two-light casement window above that sash. The doors are later 20th-century replacements with glazing bars, set within an arched opening. Number 25 has its doorway blocked on the facade. The sash and casement windows have all been renewed. The roof is hipped, and the chimney stacks have been removed from the front elevation.
