Description
Nos. 11 and 13 on Broad Street are a pair of shops with living accommodation above, dating from the mid-19th century. The building is constructed of red brick and features a slate roof. It is two storeys high and has a four-window range. The central doors lead to the shops, with the door to No. 13 having four fielded panels. On either side of the doors, there are 20th-century plate-glass shop fronts beneath a continuous cornice. The first floor has four 6/6 unhorned sash windows, although the extreme right window has been replaced in the late 20th century with a horned sash. The roof is gabled and there are two stacks on the rear slope, with the northern stack rendered.
