Description
This is an 18th-century barn located 20 meters east of Pearl Farmhouse, which underwent remodelling in the mid-19th century. Originally consisting of four bays, an additional bay was added to the left side in the 19th century. The barn is timber-framed and weatherboarded, while the 19th-century walling is made of red brick, featuring crow-stepped parapet gables at both ends. At the rear, there is a gabled midstreys with a set of four boarded barn doors from the 19th century. The structure includes pegged oak studding with long straight primary braces and a butt purlin roof. This barn is included for its group value.
