Description

Docking Hall is a farmhouse mainly dating from the 16th century. It features a timber frame with plaster and has a black pantiled roof, which includes glazed tiles on the south side. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a main range that includes a parlour cross-wing to the west. This cross-wing, which was originally jettied to the south, seems to be a slightly later addition. There are various 19th and 20th century casement windows throughout the structure. Inside, there is an internal stack in the main range. To the east of the main range, there is an attached service range that is one and a half storeys high, featuring one raking dormer and a boarded half-door.
