Description

37 Upper Brook Street is an early 19th-century building with a brick facade that has been painted. It is three storeys high and has a cornice and parapet to the roof. The front has three windows, each with double-hung sash windows containing glazing bars, set in plain reveals. The ground floor has a 20th-century shop front that incorporates part of the building at number 39. The roof is slate. 37 Upper Brook Street forms a group with numbers 39, 39A, the Coach and Horses Hotel, and number 43.
