Description

This 18th-century building is located on Market Street. It is three storeys high and constructed of brick, with a steep pantile roof and a dentil eaves cornice. The front has three windows, each with painted brick voussoirs, wooden window frames, and hung sash windows with glazing bars. A brick band runs horizontally between the storeys. A shop front was added in the late 19th century. Numbers 25 to 39 (the odd numbers) form a group, and numbers 27 and 39 are of local interest.
