House. c1860. White brick; slate roofs. 2 storeys. Elevation to Anglesea Road (north-west) has one window bay with paired pilasters at corners. 6-panelled door set within doorcase composed of entactic stuccoed pilasters supporting a hood on brackets. Above is a 6/6 unhorned sash in an artificial stone surround. Hipped roof with 4 stacks. North-east elevation has one 6/6 unhorned sash to each floor of window bay adjacent to entrance. This bay with pilasters, but remainder of elevation is rendered. Central pediment gabled back to main roof. South-west elevation to Norwich Road has an irregular 4-window range, the third bay projecting forward under a hipped roof and with rusticated corners. Ground floor with a cast-iron and glass verandah along entire length with French doors opening to interior. Upper windows are 4/4 horned sashes. INTERIOR not inspected.
