Farmhouse. Right hand end of main range with C15 or early C16 core; in later C16 or C17 the main range was raised about 0.8m and extended. L shape plan with dairy range set forward to the right hand side. Timber framed, roughcast render, pantiled roof. 2 storeys. 3 cell main range. C19 and C20 casement windows; C19 4-panel door within open porch at the corner of the 2 ranges. To the rear is a lobby entrance with a 6-panel door. Each range has an internal stack. Main range with some exposed framing and joists, newel stairs and some C17 floorboarding; the fireplace to the centre cell incorporates re-used stonework, including a cusped window head. The interior of the dairy wing has exposed timbering, although somewhat altered.
