Description
Pear Tree Farmhouse is an early 17th-century farmhouse with a later dairy wing that is slightly set back to the right side. The building is timber framed and plastered, featuring a roof with modern concrete tiles at the front and clay pantiles at the rear. It has two storeys and an attic, with three windows that are 19th and 20th-century casements. There is a lobby entrance with a mid-20th-century door and an internal stack. Inside, some of the framing is exposed, and there are chamfered joists.
