Description
This is a pair of houses, now combined into one, built in the early 19th century and converted in 1960. The exterior is made of colourwashed brick with a pantiled roof featuring a central ridge stack. The building has two storeys and a basement, with a two-window front. The basement is set on a high plinth and accessed by a flight of steps leading to a central glazed door, flanked by a single 20th-century two-light casement window on each side. On the ground floor, there is a half-glazed 20th-century door to the left, with three windows to the right. The rightmost window is fixed with nine panes, while the other two are 3/6 unhorned sashes. All ground-floor openings are topped with segmental heads. The first floor features two 3/6 unhorned sashes, and there is a dentil eaves cornice. The interior has not been inspected.
