Description
The premises occupied by Pryce, located to the south of Lloyds Bank, is probably from the 18th century and has been altered. It is two storeys high with dormers and features five windows on the first floor. The building has a pantile roof with a low parapet that has a stone coping. The exterior is made of painted brick, and there are gauged flat arches above recessed sash windows, which now only have central glazing bars. The ground floor has 19th century shops with wooden cases. This building has group value with Lloyds Bank and the adjacent premises to the north and south, as well as Nos 1 and 3 Newmarket.
