Description

Sandhill is a house built in 1924 by Oliver Hill. It features grey brick construction with a hipped pantile roof and a central stack with a deep centre panel. The building has a rectangular plan and is two storeys tall.

On both the entrance and garden sides, there are five-window fronts, with the central three windows set in a boldly projecting centerpiece. The outer bays contain doorways on the ground floor and a tripartite sash window on the first floor. In the center, there are three 2-light French windows on the ground floor, which are located under round arches, and three 8/8 horned sash windows on the first floor. The eaves are coved plaster, and the centerpieces have hipped roofs. The interior has not been inspected.
