House, now house and shop. Late C17, altered in C18; early C20 shop front. Timber-framed, now encased in rendered brick; rear wing partly timber-framed and weatherboarded; roofs of black-glazed pantiles with brick stack at right end. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with dormer attic; 2-window front. Good shop front to left with fascia board enclosing panelled door and tiled dado. To right is one 6/6 unhorned sash in a flush frame. First floor has 2 similar sashes. Bell-based gabled roof with two gabled dormers fitted with 3/6 horned sashes. 2-storey rear wing has sash windows. INTERIOR: not inspected.
