Description

Mulley’s Cottage is a timber-framed and plastered building dating from the late 16th to early 17th century, with the western section being the earlier part. It was originally two cottages, now combined into a single dwelling. The roof is pantiled. The cottage is two storeys high, and features 2-light and 3-light casement windows with square leaded panes. These windows replace former doorways on the front elevation. There is one internal brick stack. A mid-20th century brick extension has been added to the rear, with a boarded entrance door. The interior reveals exposed timberwork, including two blocked diamond mullion windows.
