Description

Lavender Cottage is a late 18th-century house located on Darsham Road, Westleton. It is constructed of red brick with a pantile roof and is two storeys high with an attic. The facade is symmetrical, featuring a three-window range. The windows are primarily three-light casements, with a two-light window above the central doorway. The first-floor windows have square leaded panes, likely original. A central doorway is present, incorporating a half-glazed door and a 20th-century glazed porch. The building is finished with a moulded brick eaves cornice and parapet gables.
