Description

Holly Tree Cottage is a former pair of cottages that has been converted into a single dwelling. It dates from the late 18th century and is constructed of red brick with a pantiled roof. The building is a single storey with an attic and features a two-window range with three-light casements set under segmental arches. There are two blocked doorways and two gabled dormers. The eaves are corbelled, and the gables display tumbled brickwork. A modern door has been added to the rear. This building is included for its group value.
