Description
The Crown Inn is a public house dating from the late 18th century. Above the doorway, there is a damaged brick inscribed with 'N.M 17-'. The building is constructed of red brick and covered with plain tiles. It has two storeys and an attic, featuring a four-window range, primarily consisting of three-light casements with flat brick arches. The doorway has a four-panel door, with the upper two panels being glazed. There is a brick dentil eaves cornice and parapet gable ends. To the right side, there is a single-storey, flat-roofed extension from the mid-20th century. Attached to the rear are former stables, which are also made of brick and have a pantiled roof.
