SAXTEAD WORLD'S END ROAD Brothers Farmhouse

II Farmhouse. Mainly C16, the north end possibly earlier. A single range in three sections. Timber framed and plastered, pantiled roof. Two storeys. Various C19 and C20 casement windows; the earliest part has original tall five-light diamond mullion windows at ground and first floor levels. The centre section has a boarded door and an internal stack; the roof of the south section has a lower eaves but the same ridge height. Interior with exposed timbering, same original doors and newel stairs to centre section.
