Description

World's End Cottage is a mid-16th century cottage with a timber frame, modern panelled plasterwork, and a pantiled roof. It has two storeys and a two-cell plan. The cottage features mainly mid-20th century casement windows, and to the west, there is a lean-to extension with a mid-20th century door. A later external stack is located at the north gable end. Inside, one ground floor room has heavy unchamfered joists, and there is some good exposed framing on the first floor, along with original floorboards.
