Cottage. Mid C16. Timber framed, modern panelled plasterwork, pantiled roof. 2 storeys. 2 cell plan. Mainly mid C20 casement windows, to the west a lean-to extension with mid C20 door; later external stack to north gable end. The interior has heavy unchamfered joists in one ground floor room and some good exposed first floor framing; original floorboards on first floor.
