Former service block to No.27 South Green (qv); now separate house. Mid C19; C20 extension. Gault brick with slate roof and ridge stack to left. EXTERIOR: 2-storey 2-window front; to left, 2-storey 1-bay extension. Half-glazed door set to right with small casement right of this. One 8/8 horned sash to left with louvred shutters. Two 8/8 unhorned sashes to first floor, of different sizes. All openings under rendered skewback arches. Extension has 14/14 unhorned sash to ground floor; on first floor, uPVC French door opens on to balcony with timber balustrade. INTERIOR: not inspected.
