Description
Cannon Lodge is a former service block to No.27 South Green, now functioning as a separate house. It was built in the mid-19th century, with a 20th-century extension. The building is constructed of gault brick and features a slate roof with a ridge stack on the left side.
The exterior has a two-storey, two-window front, with a one-bay extension to the left. A half-glazed door is positioned to the right, accompanied by a small casement window. To the left, there is one 8/8 horned sash window with louvred shutters. On the first floor, there are two 8/8 unhorned sash windows of different sizes. All window and door openings are set under rendered skewback arches. The extension includes a 14/14 unhorned sash window on the ground floor, and on the first floor, a uPVC French door leads out to a balcony with a timber balustrade. The interior has not been inspected.
