House, now two dwellings. c1830, altered and subdivided in late C19. Gault brick with hipped slate roof with 2 stacks on rear slope. EXTERIOR: 3-storey 3-window front. Central 4-panelled door beneath overlight and within timber doorcase comprising fluted pilasters supporting plain entablature and hood. One 6/6 unhorned sash to right and left under rendered and painted skewback arch. Similar first-floor sashes; similar 3/6 second floor sashes. Left return with secondary entrance: panelled door within timber doorcase consisting of fluted pilasters supporting plain entablature and hood. One 6/6 unhorned sash to first floor; one blind window to second floor. INTERIOR: not inspected.
