Description

Vine Cottage is an early 19th-century house located on Old High Road in Yoxford. The building is constructed of colourwashed brick, featuring a slated roof at the front and a pantiled roof at the rear. It stands two storeys tall with an attic and has a four-window range. The windows are inset sashes with glazing bars and flat brick arches. On the ground floor, there are French windows with paired louvred shutters, and the entrance door matches this design, set beneath a timber trellis porch. To the left side of the house, there is a 19th-century conservatory that has semi-circular headed sash windows with curved glazing bars in the upper panes.
